How do I report an accessibility issue with the native Mastodon app on the iPhone? When I go into Profile -> Followers or Following, all I hear is button, button, button, ... I need to tap on each button to see who my follower is.

@cj You could open an issue with their official Github repository for their iOS app. Not sure, if that's the most efficient way, but it is a start?
