@xogium @x0 @baschdel @jookia does this extrapolate to the idea that a person who already exclusively uses Linux as a sighted person and loses their sight will basically have to switch to Windows just to learn how to basically navigate a computer as a blind person? It's so wild how no one thinks about accessibility when anyone can become deaf/blind/disabled at any point in their life even if they used to be abled.

@jookia @itsmeholland @xogium Unless they have an insane amount of patience and probably don't actually use a GUI except emacs, yes. There is some work being done in the space, at least, it's been picking up recently. accessKit and Odylia among other developments.
