I did not think any pharmacy on earth was worse than dealing with my local #CVS but I think Express-Scripts eclipses them or at least ties for causing me the most annoyance. That's one thing #Caremark mail order had in its favor you didn't have to fight with the automated system to get an agent and even then deal with someone incapable of basic understanding.
@robini71 I'm currently with CVS Caremark because they're a mail-order pharmacy which offers Scriptalk and the Braille labels. At first, the rep that I spoke to knew nothing about these offerings but after a small bit of education they came through without fail, not only putting Braille labels on the bottles but sending me full Braille instructions and info for all of my meds.
@DavidGoldfield I wish I'd never switched plans. I only did so because I was advised it'd save me money but gain me frustration. #Oy
