Well that was interesting, try as they may try as they might #Verizon couldn't convert my iPad's number to a phone number with ease so they generated me a new number that I now have to embrace and commit to memory and all associated extra charges have been credited to me. Now all they have to do is figure out why #LoyaltyDiscount only applies to one of my lines and not all 3 and life will be happy.
