Does anyone have any experience with Help Desk/ Customer service software that is accessible?
Specifically, we're looking at products like Zendesk, Zoho Desk, Help Scout, and Custify. We're also considering using the HubSpot Service Desk, since we already use HubSpot for other stuff. But, for obvious reasons, we're deeply concerned with the accessibility of products like these.
@karlgroves I briefly looked at #ZenDesk and it seemed fairly accessible, but don't trust me on word here, I don't have enough experience unfortunately.
